I'm trying to persuade my good friend Karen to take over Last Night's Dinner until the dust settles down around here. Come on Karen, do it do it do it!
Karen is a mommy to two very cute kids, a wife, holds a full-time job, slim as heck AND still manages to feed the family dinners - so wouldn't it be great to see how she does it all???

nice mar...so subtle!!! i'm sweating already just thinking about how i'm going to mix up my dinner menu (other than the 5 dishes i keep rotating!!!)
