Operation lose baby fat
OK. No more excuses (Doc says I can exercise), it's time to start losing the baby fat. I gained a total of 35 lbs. during pregnancy, have already lost 22 lbs just from giving birth and breast feeding... 13 pounds to go!!
I'm not really comfortable with running with Emma on a jogger stroller so I've decided to go back to using my workout DVDs. I also ordered a Tracy Anderson DVD (hey if it's good enough for Gwyneth it's good enough for me) to add to the mix - I'll let you know what I think when it arrives.
My goal is to lose it all before Thanksgiving so I can gain a little Turkey fat without feeling super guilty :)
PS. Sorry I've been MIA, my in-laws are in town!

Can't wait to hear what you think of Tracy's DVD. I'm in the same boat - 15 lbs to go! I'd love to buy a couple DVDs for home so let me know what you think. Have you tried any of Jillian Michael's?

a year later and it's still taking me this long to lose the baby fat. my fault...i keep eating my little boy's left overs!

Let us know how you like the Tracy Anderson DVD. I'm banking on it getting me back in shape post baby. Good to hear from you again.
try jillian michael's shred as well. if you have netflix, I highly recommend trying out DVD's on there first. There's also a boxing one from michael olajide that I LOVE - really gets you sweating.

AND yes I love the Jillian Michaels workouts, I have two of her DVDs and they kick my butt every time! I'll let you know about the Tracy DVDs soon!
Have you ever tried the P90X system? It is really good too!
How are those vids going for you? I was checking out her website, and it looks pretty awesome! Did you buy the post-pregnancy work out, or one of the others?
