Oh, Marichelle!! I'm so in love with this photo. It must be the most amazing photo of a newborn EVER. Emma looks like she's talking, or singing! Soooo sweet (couldn't comment on Flickr because of a stupid login email problem, but I stared at this for a solid 10 minutes yesterday. LOVE.)

I've enjoyed reading your blog for the past year as my baby was born on August 14. At times the things you described were exactly what I was going through at the moment, and it was helpful to know I wasn't crazy (just pregnant).
I (like you) got the natural birth I'd hoped for, and likewise I NEVER want to do it again. I plan to walk around with that epidural needle in and ready to be loaded from week 38 on.
