More Crêpes Please!

I've been obsessed with pancakes since this debacle. Fortunately these Crêpes have been keeping me happy for weeks. Mix eggs and milk - set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl, slowly mix in milk/egg mixture and then slowly mix in the melted butter. Each one is about 2 to 3 tbs of batter quickly swirled in the pan. The batter keeps well and is actually better the next day.

Next, I'll be giving this Good Old Fashioned Pancake recipe a shot!
