A perfect day for...

It's another cold, wet and soggy day over here. I'm in the mood for something comforting like this Risotto dish I made last week. You know what's great about this dish? You can make yummy golden brown risotta cakes with the leftovers (pics tomorrow!)

I'll be sewing up my new garlands then heading out for a quick haircut. Nothing fun I'm afraid, just a good ol' trim - my hair is so gross right now, we're talking MAJOR split ends.
