Last Night's Dinner #126: Farm Fresh Salad

Two things that I haven't been able to resist at the farmers market these days...

Scrumptiously sweet tomatoes and handmade cheese (in this case Mozzarella, but I usually buy Ricotta). I guess the nice thing about "cooking" with great ingredients is that there's really no need to do too much. Just slice, cut, season with salt & pepper and drizzle some oil/lemon or vinegar and that's it.
