If you build it, they will come?
As some of you may have noticed, I've been working hard on coming up with new products for my etsy shop update. Now that production is slowly coming to an end, the scary part begins. Now what? Will I have 20 zipper bags and drawstring pouches all for myself? Self-doubt begins to set - will Karen, Zandra and the rest of my friends and family be forever forced to make purchases ;-)
I think the unrealistic hope that people will somehow stumble upon your stuff, love it and decide to buy tons of it until you've completely sold out only lasts for about a day and then you begin to realize that your work is far from over.
I will be spending the rest of the week and this weekend working on a marketing and promotional plan not only for my current stuff but also for future updates. I'm incredibly new at this and I may not be doing everything in the right order but when I stop and think about it all - I can honestly say that I am still enjoying the process, no matter how frustrated I sometimes get. (Having H saying things like babe it's not a sprint - it's a marathon also helps)

you're killing me with those pouches!!! i'm tempted to click on one...but i'll wait until the masses have gotten a chance to fully appreciate it :-) maybe i'll try something like that on my sewing machine. still don't have a project of my own!!!
Don't you ever think that I am forced to purchase...i genuinely love your creations!!! I might just have to purchase this line to cause I can't resist!!!
Joy Supreme. Your work's best ingredient is your joy in working these incredible creations. Ahhh, Joy Supreme!
