Happy Heart Day

Happy Valentines Day! I'll be whipping up a special Valentines dinner tonight - hopefully it all works out. Karen gave me the idea of trying some of the dishes from our cooking class.

Tonight's menu
- Goat cheese topped with oven roasted rosemary garlic (drizzled with olive oil and lemon)
- Glazed Salmon with Wasabi Sabayon served with seaweed salad
- Frozen Hot Chocolate with Coconut Sorbet *sorbet will be store-bought
