NEVER (ok that's a lie, because I once deep fried hard boiled eggs for an awesome recipe) HARDLY ever deep-fry anything, but it was Christmas day so why not?
These came out a little "eggy" not sure if that's what they're supposed to taste like, but they were good nevertheless. What I mean by "eggy" is that you could really taste the eggs, just like you an egg bagel. Does that make sense? I think eggs may have cooked too early on in the process.
