I've been a longtime fan of the Vitra UnSolo wall organizer ($378/£188.00/€277) but I just found two great alternatives:

1. MIO Grid Wall Pockets, $60-65
2. DIY using the pattern in the latest Lotta Jansdotter Simple Sewing Book.
