Last Night's Dinner #83: No time to cook salad

We got back from the gym pretty late last night and we were both starving, so we decided to negate all the hard work we did and stopped by a new Pizza shop that just opened by us. We picked up a couple of slices, but I decided to make a filler side dish so that we both didn't end up eating a whole pie.

I love arugula and love it best when served with bresaola, freshly shaved parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Unfortunately, I didn't have any bresaola so I used prosciutto instead.
